Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on November 24, 2025. The inspection began at 11:00 AM and ended at 12:08 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were ten children present and three caregivers; the point total was 22. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and three caregiver records. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
