Inspector Notes

Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on May 24, 2022 from 12:00 pm through 1:25 pm. Upon arrival, there were 60 children ranging in ages from 3 months through 5 with 12 staff supervising. Five children records were reviewed and one new staff record was reviewed. The medication and medication paperwork was reviewed for one child.

Areas observed were: handwashing/diapering procedures, story time, lunch, transition and nap. Children appear to be well aware of the daily routine and schedule. There were a variety of educational materials in the classrooms. No violations were found during this inspection.
