Inspector Notes

Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced inspection. This inspection was initiated by an online complaint received by the Valley Licensing Office regarding the allegation of physical plant and staffing and supervision. An onsite visit was conducted on August 2, 2022 from 12:15 p.m. through 1:00 p.m. There were 53 children in the care of 9 staff. Interviews were conducted with staff and the facility was toured.

The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be ?not valid.? There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
