Inspector Notes
Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on November 30, 2022, from 11:15 a.m. through 1:15 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 55 children ages 4 months through 5, in the care of 11 staff. Five children records and Five staff records were reviewed and updated. The medication and medication paperwork were reviewed for one child.
Areas observed were free choice activities, outside play, story time, handwashing/bathroom and diapering procedures, transition, infant feeding, lunch and nap. The children seemed to be well aware of the daily routine and schedule.
Areas of non-compliance may be found on the violation notice. Please complete your plan of correction and return to the licensing inspector within 5 business days.

1. One medication was reviewed.
2. Epi Pen for Child A had an expiration date of 09/2022.
3. Staff confirmed the expiration date of the Epi Pen.

1. Evacuation drills were reviewed.
2. There was no documentation of conducting an annual lockdown drill. Last documented lockdown drill was conducted 10/2021.
3. The director confirmed an annual lockdown drill had not been conducted.
