Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on May 31, 2023, to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This on-site visit was conducted from 11:20 a.m. through 1:15 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 62 children with 11 staff supervising. Five children records and nine staff records were reviewed and updated.

A licensing code compliance inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violation were found for this subsidy inspection.
