Inspector Notes

Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on May 31, 2023 from 11:20 a.m. through 1:15 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 62 children ages 2 months through 5, in the care of 14 staff. Five children records and nine staff records were reviewed.

Areas observed were free choice activities, outside play, story time, handwashing/bathroom and diapering procedures, transition, infant feeding, lunch and nap. The children seemed to be well aware of the daily routine and schedule.
