Inspector Notes

An unannounced complaint investigation regarding staffing/supervision, animals, and telephone requirements was conducted with the provider and assistant on October 11, 2023 from 9:55 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. There were eight children in care ranging in age from 23 months through 4 years old and two resident children for a total of 24 points under the care and supervision of the provider and assistant. Children were observed during outdoor play time, transition time, free play, during lunch and preparing for rest time.

Four staff records were reviewed and complete. A landline telephone was operable and available during the inspection.

Based upon the information gathered during the investigation, the complaint regarding staffing/supervision, animals and telephone was determined not valid. No violations were issued.
