An unannounced complaint investigation regarding care of children was conducted with the provider and assistant on March 14, 2024 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Staff interviews were conducted. Observation and review of documentation conducted.
Based upon the information gathered during the investigation, the complaint regarding care of children: behavioral guidance was determined not valid. No violations were issued.
