An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 9/10/2024. The on-site inspection began at 11:35 a.m. and ended at 1:15 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 9 children in care and 2 resident children and 2 caregivers; the point total was 27. The inspector reviewed five children's records, five staff records and one household member record on-site. This inspection included document review and tour of the facility.
