This inspection was conducted by staff using an alternative remote protocol, including phone interviews. An on-site inspection was not conducted at this time.
An investigation was conducted at 12:53pm into complaint allegations received. Staff interviews were conducted by an alternative remote protocol due to the ongoing health pandemic. An on-site inspection was not conducted at this time. Based on information gathered there was insufficient evidence of non-compliance, and the allegations have been deemed not valid.
