Inspector Notes
Conducted an unannounced inspection at 1:10pm. Observed 81 children + 14 direct-care staff. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. Children were observed napping during the inspection. Infants were being held and fed, having play-time on the floor, and napping. The facility was found to be clean and well supplied with toys and equipment for the children. Areas of non-compliance with standards and laws reviewed were found. Questions about this inspection may be directed to pamela.sneed@doe.virginia.gov

2Evidence:
1. Staff #6 ? An out-of-state child abuse/neglect search (CPS) has not been completed.
2. Staff #8 ? An out-of-state sex offender registry check, an out-of-state CPS check, and an out-of-state criminal record check have not been completed.
3. Both Staff #6 + #8 have been hired to work in positions providing direct-care to children.
