Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A virtual initial inspection was conducted on 5/21/21 from 9 am to 12:15 pm. The applicant was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection. The primary daycare space will be in the basement. There are no children enrolled at this time.
The information gathered during the inspection determined violations with applicable standards or law.
Please contact your Licensing Inspector upon enrolling your first child.
Until you have a federally approved crib, you cannot be licensed for infants. Upon purchase of a crib, please send all the documentation to show that it meets the current federal guidelines.
