Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 12:15 pm to 12:55pm with the provider. The provider currently has no children enrolled and the last enrolled child was in 6/2021. Background checks were reviewed today as well as the daycare space and physical plant. Many standards couldn't be inspected or observed due to not having enrolled children. Please notify your Licensing Inspector upon enrolling your first child. There were no violations observed during this inspection.
