Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.

An initial inspection was initiated on 05/07/2021 once the required background checks were available for review. The Provider was contacted by email and telephone to review initial application and provide updates. There were two children with one caregivers for 2 points which is within ratio for supervision. Reviewed nutrition, children and household member?s records, trainings and emergency preparation. No medication was reported to be on-site the day of the inspection.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.
