Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal study was conducted today. Three children were present with one caregiver for five points. Observed children coloring and reading, free play and preparation for lunch. Homemade pork pupusas with cheese, beans, lettuce and tomato will be served for lunch. Reviewed trainings, 3 children's records, emergency preparation, and transportation standards. Provider participates in the food and nutrition program, subsidy and the Quality endorsements by the state (VQB5 and PDGB5). Dedicated space in the basement is set up for care of children. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Provider stated that no carbon monoxide detector was available.

Child #1 and Child # 2 were missing the fieldtrip permission form.
