Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 13, 2022. At the time of entrance there were 44 children and 6 staff members present with children. The sample size consisted of 3 children's records and 3 staff records. Children were observed napping and in the infant room observed feeding and diapering. The inperson inspection began at approximately 12:30 pm and ended at approximately 2:35 pm. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the violation notice.
Violations
6Evidence:
In the 2 year old classroom, the cabinet was unlocked there were bleach solution and disinfectant sprays.
Evidence: During the inspection, upon arrival there were twelve children between the ages of 20 months to 36 months were observed napping in the toddler classroom with 1 staff. The required ratio is 1:10. Staff confirmed child #1 was the youngest child and there were 12 children and 1 staff.
Evidence:
Child #2 crib was not labeled for use by specific child. Confirmed by staff in the classroom.
Evidence: In the 3 year old classroom , there was a rest mat with multiple tears that a child was using during rest time.
Evidence:
In the infant room child #3 was drinking a bottlle in the crib.
Evidence:
In the Infant room, there was no date on the bottle. Confirmed with staff.
