Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 04/15/2025 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 04/01/2025 relating to record keeping, children's records, child abuse and neglect reporting requirements, and parental involvement. The inspector reviewed 1 children?s record on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
