Inspector Notes

A complaint investigation was initiated on 10/13/21 and concluded on 01/13/22 in response to a complaint that was received by the department on 10/05/21 in the areas of programs and the care of children. The inspector conducted an unannounced inspection on-site on 10/26/21 from approximately 2:17pm to 3:28pm. Interviews with staff were completed and observations were made at the center. The inspector later followed up with the director by telephone to request additional documentation and conduct additional interviews. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint was determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this inspection.
