Inspector Notes
An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on 6/13/2023. The inspector was on site at the center from approximately 10:45am to 3:00pm. There were 92 children in attendance and a total of 14 staff present. Interviews were held with staff throughout
the inspection, and the inspector interacted with children in the classroom when appropriate. Nine children?s records and nine employee records were reviewed during this inspection. There were violations found during today?s inspection.
A complete licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in the licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

Violations
2Evidence:
1. The record of staff # 6 (employment date: 12/13/2022) did not have documentation showing that the staff has a current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) as appropriate to the age of the children.
2. The record of staff #2 (employment date: 3/18/2022) and staff #4 (employment date: 11/17/2022) did not have documentation showing that the staff members have a current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) as appropriate to the age of the children. 3. The record of staff # 7 (employment date: 11/24/2021) did not have documentation showing that the staff has a current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) as appropriate to the age of the children.
4. The record of staff #8 (employment date: 10/24/2022) and staff #9 (employment date: 7/8/2022) did not have documentation showing that the staff members have a current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) as appropriate to the age of the children.
Evidence:
