Inspector Notes

An initial study was conducted on 06/15/2021 from 10:30 am - 12:30 pm. There were no children in care during the time of inspection. The facility was observed for age/stage appropriate supplies, activities, and equipment for the ages of children requested for licensure. The playground was observed for safety, appropriate resilient surfacing, supplies and equipment. The center's policies and procedures were reviewed in regards to medication, playground safety, injury prevention, required parent and staff information, required child abuse and neglect reporting and training, and emergency preparedness procedures which were in compliance. The center's first aid kit, flashlight, and radio were reviewed and in compliance. Staff records and background checks were reviewed and in compliance.
