An unannounced inspection was initiated on 08/12/2024 and completed on 08/29/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 08/12/2024 relating to allegations of administration and special care provisions. The inspector reviewed one child?s record on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
