During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on 03/18/26 and completed on 03/18/26, as a part of the provisional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:20am and ended at 11:30am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 55 children present and 12 staff. The inspector reviewed two children?s records and two staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
