Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:50 am-1:40 pm. There were 31children (infants-5yrs.) directly supervised by 6 staff. The physical plant, 4 staff records, 4 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, reading books, playing outside, participating in quiet activities, nap time and eating lunch. Diapering/ potty routines and hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was an ample supply of materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
