Inspector Notes

An unannounced on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 02/15/2023. There were 13 children, ages 6 months-3 years, and 5 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector observed the following: free choice activities, large motor play outside, and lunch. A total of 2 children?s records and 2 staff records, were reviewed. The inspector discussed the following with staff: training. The inspector arrived at 9 AM and departed at 11:45 AM.
