Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 9/20/23 from 11:45 am to 1:00 pm. There were 6 children (17 points) in care of 3 caregivers. The children were observed engaged in free play, washing hands before lunch and eating lunch. The lunch menu included chicken kabab with rice, mixed vegetables, yogurt and milk. 2 children's records, 4 caregiver's records, emergency drill records, caregiver's trainings, first aid supplies and attendance records were reviewed. A walk through of the family day home was also conducted. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
