Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between 9:05am and 10:15am. There was 1 children present with the Provider for a total of 2 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed watching cartoons, playing with puzzles and coloring. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Evidence: When asked, the provider stated that they did not have a carbon monoxide detector.
