8VAC20-790 Subsidy Program Vendor Requirements for Subsidy Providers
Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 2/16/2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 11:20am and ended at 12:40pm. There was 1 caregivers with 4 children in family day home at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection, children were observed finishing lunch, watching television and playing freely. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, fire drill log were reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. There are no medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
