Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 12/2/2021 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A total of 1 child was present with 1 caregiver. Programming, menus, emergency procedures, and 1 child record, 1 staff record, and 3 household member records were reviewed.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
