Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/29/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A total of 3 children were present with the provider. The children were engaged in the following: practicing sight words, participating in free play, and having snack. Programming, menus, emergency procedures, and 3 children?s records, the provider's record, and 1 household member's record was reviewed.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
