Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted 5/15/2024 from 5:00pm through 5:25pm. There were no children present with the provider at the time of inspection as they had gone home for the day. A total of 1child's file, 2 staff files, and 1 household member?s files were reviewed. A complete inspection of the programming space, children and staff records, emergency drills, menu, attendance, and emergency procedures were completed today. No new staff have been hired since the last inspection. The provider advised there was no medication on site today. There was an adequate supply of age appropriate materials and toys. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Evidence: Attendance has not been completed since Monday 5/6/2024. The provider advised there has been children in care each day and 5 children attended the program this afternoon.
