Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 12/3/2024. The on-site inspection began at 4:00pm and ended at 4:45pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 2 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 2. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 3 caregiver/household member(s) records on-site.

This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Caregivers shall ensure that children?s hands are washed with liquid soap and warm running water before eating.

2 children were observed receiving snack and did not wash hands prior to eating.
Plan of Correction: Provider will make sure children wash hands before snack.

Annually, the provider shall obtain the parent?s signed acknowledgment of the review of the emergency contact information.
