Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted with the director from 11:05 am to 1:10 pm. There were 67 children present with 11 staff supervising. The children were engaged in a variety activities to include table top games, playing outside, eating lunch, which consisted of corndogs, corn, milk and a variety of fruits. Six staff and children's files were reviewed as well as medications for five children and 3 allergy care plans. Eight injury/accident reports were reviewed as well.The FIre inspection was dated 8/25/22 and the Health inspection was dated 7/17/23. Please send a copy of the Fire inspection report upon completion.

The fire inspection was dated 8/25/22.
Based on observation, it was determined that outside play equipment was not on at least six inches of resilient surfacing.
The slide and the green climber on the younger playground were sitting on bare ground. The ground is not a resilient surface.
