Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts and documents review.
A renewal inspection was initiated on 9/28/2021 and concluded on 9/28/2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were no children present, the program is currently closed. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, programming, medication, special care and emergencies. A total of 2 staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
