An unannounced inspection was initiated on May 13, 2025, and completed on May 15, 2025, with a local agency, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on May 7, 2025, relating to allegations of behavior guidance and forbidden actions. The inspector reviewed one child?s record, and one staff record on-site. This inspection included
