Inspector Notes

An announced initial inspection was conducted on 05/14/2021 from 9:00 A.M.-10:15 A.M. Some items observed/reviewed during the inspection included: required posted information, emergency maps and procedures, staff folders and background checks, injury prevention plan, playground safety plan, and the emergency plan. A recommendation will be made for an initial six-month conditional Child Day Center license with a capacity of 50 children and an age range of six weeks through twelve years 11 months. There were no violations noted during the inspection.
