An unannounced non-mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on-site June 13, 2023. The director was available for the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of physical plant and supervision of children in response to an intensive plan of correction. Provisions were put in place at the center to ensure the kitchen door is always closed and locked and that hazardous substances are also locked. No records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
