Violations

1
Standard 8VAC20-780-550-G
Based on record review and interview, the center failed to maintain a record of emergency drills.

Evidence:

1. The emergency drill record was reviewed. The record did not contain documentation of an evacuation drill being conducted for the month of December 2021.
2. The director spoke with the lead teacher. They both stated an emergency drill was conducted for the month of December but they forgot to document the drill.
Plan of Correction: All staff will be reminded that emergency drills are to be documented as soon as they are conducted.
