Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.

Thank you for your time and assistance with the announced inspection conducted on May 7, 2021. The purpose of the inspection was to tour the facility as part of the initial application process There were no children present. The inspector emailed the person in charge a list of items required to complete the inspection and conducted a virtual tour of the facility. There were no violations of the licensing standards issued during the inspection.
