Violations

1
Standard 8VAC20-780-550-G
Based on record review and interview, the center failed to maintain documentation of emergency shelter-in-place drills.

Evidence:

A review of 2023 emergency drills showed only one shelter-in-place drill was documented for 2023 when two are required. The director stated they forgot to document one because both were conducted.
Plan of Correction: In the future all emergency drills will be documented.
