Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interview and a virtual tour of the program.
A non-mandated monitoring inspection was initiated on September 7, 2021 and concluded on September 14, 2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 27 children present, ranging in ages from five to ten years of age, with two staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of three child records and two staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
