Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted on November 22, 2021. There were 31 children present, ranging in ages from five to twelve years of age, with three staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of four child records, one staff record, and one agent's background checks were reviewed.
New requirements became effective October 13, 2021. The facility has not yet fully complied with the following requirements: written abusive head trauma policy, and working on implementation of new orientation requirements. The facility is to review the new requirements and work with their assigned inspector to ensure future compliance.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
