Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
An in initial inspection was initiated on 06/11/21 and concluded on 6/22/21. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were no children present. All areas of the standards were reviewed but compliance could not be determined because the center is not fully operational yet. Policies, procedures and the physical plant, equipment, materials and schedules were reviewed. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed one staff record submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. A virtual tour of the home and outdoor play area was conducted
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
