Inspector Notes

An unannounced on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 04/18/2024. There were 25 children, ages 1 years-5 years, and 6 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector observed the following: nap time. A total of 5 children?s records and 3 staff records, were
reviewed. The inspector discussed the following with staff: sending links to the CDA website. The inspector arrived at 12:50 PM and departed at 3 PM.

Evidence:

Observed the lunch tables at arrival with lunch boxes and discarded food. The tables were
not sanitized after eating lunch as required.
