An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 9/9/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 8/28/2024 relating to allegations of administration and programs. This inspection included document review, & interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
