A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Staff who work directly with children are required to annually attend at least 16 hours of training and staff development activities, to include the department's health and safety update course.
The most recent documentation of Health and Safety Update training for Staff #2, Staff #3 and Staff #4 were completed in May 2024 and were overdue by nearly three months.
Plan of Correction: Staff #1 completed this training on 8/20/2025. Staff #3 completed this training on 8/25/2025. Staff #3 completed this training in 8/26/2025.
The three certificates of completion were sent to the inspector on 8/26/2025.
