Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal study was conducted for the program coming off of a conditional license. 6 classrooms were open with direct care staff in ratio for supervision. Observed infant care, diapering, transition to the outside playground, food from home (labeled and dated) as well as reviewed staff and children records, emergency preparation and trainings. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
