Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 8/5/2024 and completed on 08/05/2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:25AM and ended at 11:05AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 123 children present and 24 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms), a tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
