An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 10/23/2024 and completed on 10/23/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:35AM and ended at 11:30AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 6 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 17. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 caregiver/household member records. This inspection included document review, a tour of the family day home, interviews and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
