Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.

An initial inspection was conducted on June 1, 2021. The director was contacted by video call to initiate the inspection. There were no children in care, summer camp will open June 21, 2021. The inspector emailed the director a list of items required to complete the initial inspection. The Inspector inspected the physical plant and reviewed 3 staff records, emergency policies and procedures, and medication policies to ensure documentation was complete.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.

The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
