Inspector Notes

A complaint was received regarding forbidden action, diapering and parent communication on 7/11/2022. A complaint inspection was conducted on 8/1/2022 and completed on 8/3/2022, in which interviews with staff were conducted, observations made in the center, and documentation reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, therefore the complaint is determined to be not valid. Though not a part of the original complaint, there was a violation found during the inspection regarding injury reporting. See the violation notice for more details.
